Hey there and welcome to All Veg Considered! I'm Richard Makin!
I’m a recipe developer, food stylist, photographer and author of best-selling cook book Anything You Can Cook, I Can Cook Vegan. I’m also the host of food podcast Lunchbox Time Machine.
I’ve been exploring the world of plant-based cuisine since November 2017 when I made the switch from being a life-long vegetarian to a full-time vegan. In 2018 I launched my first blog School Night Vegan which specialises in converting old favourite dishes into reliable, delicious vegan recipes!
Since then I've been featured in the Guardian, Olive Magazine, Stylist and Vegan Food & Living. Six years and over 577k followers later, I decided to launch a sister project called All Veg Considered.
The goal of this blog is to provide you with more game-changing vegan recipes which are not only delicious but also nutritious and natural!
Every delicious recipe on this site is:
- 100% vegan - proudly plant-based, forever.
- Minimally processed - no ultra-processed ingredients here!
- Packed with at least 15g protein, per portion 💪
